• Standard delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

• Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

• Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• For lost packages, please notify us so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
